Stan Zmachynski

Stan Zmachynski possesses extensive experience in finance and strategic management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Advisor to the CEO at Informed.IQ and holding similar advisory and financial leadership roles at SamaCare, Zmachynski has successfully led a $17M Series B fundraise and operationalized accounting functions. Previous experience includes leading finance operations at Parade and Duda, focusing on strategic finance, corporate finance, and go-to-market strategies. Zmachynski's career also includes a role as an investor at GSV Asset Management, where expertise in emerging growth sectors was utilized, along with providing fractional CFO services to Ozy Media. Zmachynski earned an MBA from Yale School of Management and a B.Sc. in Public Accountancy from Brooklyn College.
