Randy Smith

Randy Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support, technical engineering, and business management. Currently serving as a Support Specialist Tier 2 at Informed K12 since July 2021, Randy also operates as the owner of Status Connection, a venture launched in January 2021. Additionally, as Co-Founder and CEO of Blue Mercedes Entertainment since April 2012, Randy has successfully managed concert productions and band bookings. Previous roles include Technical Support Engineer at 24i and Activation Consultant at Planday, where Randy provided comprehensive training and support for customers using the SaaS platform. Randy's early career at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York involved various customer service and systems liaison roles, showcasing a strong foundation in Salesforce administration and customer relationship management. Randy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Brooklyn College and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from the Borough of Manhattan Community College.
