Are you seeking solutions or informed insights? We provide the aviation and logistics industry with experienced, practical compliance, financial management and corporate communications services delivered by experts who understand your sector and tailored to the logistics industry. Founded on over 40 years of experience in global logistics, we support our clients in building business with well managed risks which work now and for the future.
Our goal is simple – to offer our industry some insightful, practical business frameworks and support. In both our work and our approach, we aim, always, to de myth the concept of “compliance”.
“We do not believe in blinding our clients with jargon and aim always to be approachable, plain talking, practical and pragmatic in our solutions. We thrive on a “sleeves rolled up” approach.”
These are just some of the areas that have filled our days over the years in the industry:
- We have performed screening, oversight and management of more than 120,000 complex charter flight programmes and ancillary support services in transportation.
- We have advised on cargo as diverse as giraffes to gold, to government agencies and NGOs for humanitarian aid in terms of banking relations.
- We have designed practical and real-world compliance frameworks which can be implemented, with minimal impact, on the commercial operations.
 - We have provided C suite strategic guidance on operational risk and compliance
- We have provided data room and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

We have seen the good, the bad and, sometimes, the ugly. We are well accustomed to being the “hidden armoury” behind the business. Our team have managed risk and compliance in the sector from sitting at the board table through to troubleshooting complex and sensitive operational transactions, supporting tender processes and advising commercial teams on supply chain management, know your customer, on-boarding, global sanctions and trade export controls.
