Tom Fairhurst is an accomplished communications and engagement manager with extensive experience in marketing and customer excellence roles across various organizations. Currently, Tom holds the position of Communications and Engagement Manager at Informed Solutions since July 2022. Previously, Tom served as a Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) and Marketing Executive at Kuits from August 2017 to June 2022. At the Cheshire Football Association, Tom held multiple roles, including Customer Excellence Manager, responsible for implementing a customer excellence program, and Marketing & Communications Officer, where Tom aligned marketing efforts with organizational strategies. Tom's early experience includes a work placement as a Flash Quote Reporter with the Beijing Olympic and Paralympic News Service in 2008. Tom possesses an MA in Sports Broadcast Journalism from Staffordshire University and a BA (Hons) in Communication Studies with Journalism Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
