Amy Schultz

Amy Schultz currently serves as the Vice-Chair and Chair of the Mike Ilitch School of Management Advisory Board at Wayne State University, where Amy contributes industry insights to enhance program quality and maintain AACSB accreditation. Schultz has a diverse background in organizational effectiveness and talent development, having held various senior roles at DTE Energy, including Chief Learning and Talent Officer, where strategic initiatives in culture transformation, leadership development, and learning management were implemented. Additional experience includes previous positions at Henry Ford Health System as Director of Human Resources and Change Management, and a foundational role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Jewish Family Service. Schultz holds a Master of Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Social Work from Wayne State University, among other credentials.
