Dr. Chris Clark has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dr. Chris started their career in 2002 as a Linguist and Team Leader in the Utah Army National Guard, where they served until 2008. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Staff Officer and Project Manager for the United States Department of Defense, overseeing a global information communication system project.
Following that, Dr. Clark joined Aqua Artists, Inc. in 2009 as an Information Systems and Construction Supervisor. Dr. Chris managed multiple commercial aquatic construction projects, established subcontractor relationships, and developed proprietary technology products. During this time, they also created the company's website and enhanced their estimation and budgeting software.
In 2011, Dr. Clark worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Business Analyst Team Lead and PMO Consultant. Dr. Chris provided leadership and consulting services for the organization until 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Lead IT Specialist at the Department of the Treasury, where they developed auditing enhancements for internal CRM systems.
Dr. Clark then joined General Motors in 2014 as a Global IT Project Manager. In this role, they managed IT projects, delivered significant revenue, and reduced IT spending. Dr. Chris also held additional roles within GM, including Software Development Manager, Solution Architect, and Data Modeler.
In 2019, Dr. Clark joined Charles Schwab as a Senior Technical Project Manager. Dr. Chris led application modernization efforts, developed a new user-friendly application, and managed cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
From 2020 to 2022, Dr. Clark worked at Clarifai as a Senior Technical Program Manager. Dr. Chris led public sector engagements and designed technical solutions for enterprise and government clients.
Most recently, Dr. Clark joined Cedar in 2022 as a Senior Technical Program Manager. Dr. Chris has been instrumental in managing technical programs and driving success in their current role.
In 2023, Dr. Chris Clark will begin a new role as a Technical Program Manager at InfoSync.
Dr. Chris Clark's education history includes a Doctor of Engineering degree from The George Washington University - School of Engineering & Applied Science, which was earned from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management of Secure Information Systems from George Mason University, attending from 2012 to 2013. Dr. Chris also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Politics from Brigham Young University, earned from 1998 to 2006.
