Ken Gromala has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ken started their career as a Claims Analyst at USF Dugan in 1997. From 2000 to 2004, they worked at Sales Data Inc as an Assistant Supervisor of Installer, where they traveled extensively to install computer and register systems. Ken then joined Electronic System Services as a Field Engineer/Field Trainer/Field Supervisor, responsible for installing POS systems and managing network configurations. At Voice Products, from 2007 to 2010, Ken worked as a Product Support Engineer, overseeing the deployment of medical software applications. Ken joined RAGE INC. in 2010 as an Application Developer, specializing in VB and .Net programming. From 2011 to 2016, Ken worked at Prime Concepts Group Inc. as an IT Project Manager, leading a team of 15 employees and managing multiple projects. In 2016, they briefly worked at Lee Media Group as a Project Manager/Business Consultant. Currently, Ken is an IT Manager at InfoSync Services, where they utilize their SQL development skills to provide outsourced accounting and payroll solutions for multi-unit restaurant companies.

Ken Gromala began their education at Wichita State University in 1994, where they pursued Accounting and General Studies until 1996. Ken then attended Butler Community College from 1996 to 1997 for General Studies. In 1998, Gromala enrolled at Friends University, where they obtained a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Information Technology in 1999.
