Neal Devlin

Neal Devlin is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles within the human resources and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at HROInfoSync since April 2025, Neal previously held the position of Vice President of the Payroll Division at Minute Men HR from September 2022 to April 2025. Prior to that, Neal worked at NorthWinds Technology Solutions, where roles included Director of Integration Services and Director of Business Services and OEPI from June 2017 to September 2022. Neal's extensive background at CBIZ spanned from September 2001 to June 2017, encompassing positions such as Director of Operations, Manager of Tax and Benefits, and Team Leader of Tax and Accounting. Neal began a professional journey as Lead Accountant at Business Service Associates from December 1999 to August 2001. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Radford University, earned in January 2000.
