Agnes Batkiewicz

Agnes Batkiewicz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Director at Infosys since January 2023, Agnes previously held roles such as Change Management Lead at Tenthpin Management Consultants and Change Manager at PwC. Additional experience includes heading Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management at BNP Paribas and serving as People Manager/HR Business Partner at ING, where key initiatives included performance management and implementation of corporate values.
