Anitha V is the Lead HR Business Partner at Infosys, specializing in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and training and development. Previously, Anitha worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Skava Systems Pvt Ltd from 2015 to 2020 and began their career as an HR Associate at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd in 2012. Anitha holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Nehru Institute of Management Studies, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, and completed high school at Sri Ramakrishna Matric Higher Secondary School.
