Cini D.U began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Al Khalili Group, where they managed international recruitment, onboarding, administration, and employee relations. They later served as an Associate HR at Zyxware Technologies before taking on progressive roles at Infosys, culminating in their current position as Senior Associate Lead in HR Business Partnering. Cini holds an MBA in Human Resources and Operations from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and a BBM from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
