David D is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in IT and BPO talent acquisition across Latin America. Currently serving as the Latam IT & BPO Talent Acquisition Lead at Infosys since August 2020, David D manages the full-cycle recruiting process in Mexico, Peru, Chile, and Argentina. Previously, David D held positions such as Head Of IT Recruitment at Talent Search, where responsibilities included monitoring account goals and coordinating the recruitment process, and Business Broker at Toka México, focusing on B2B interactions and negotiations. David D also served as IT Recruitment Lead at SH Consultants - Shark Hunters and Recruitment Lead at IBM Kenexa - Business Partner, where strategic recruiting strategies and client engagement were key. David D holds a Licenciatura degree in Psychology from UVS.
