Debasis Kar

Debasis Kar is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead at Infosys, where they have honed their expertise in full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, data analytics, and project management over the past five years. Previously, Debasis served as an HR Trainee at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Debasis holds a Master of Business Administration from the Institute of Management, Nirma University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar. In their spare time, Debasis enjoys creating new recipes, watching comedy and action web series, and exploring various cultures through reading.
