Devika Bharati is a seasoned Human Resource professional currently serving as a Senior Lead-HR at Infosys. With a solid foundation in Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, and Stakeholder Management, Devika effectively drives people strategies within the organization. Prior to Infosys, Devika held the position of Senior Executive-HR at Narnolia from 2016 to 2021, and completed a summer internship project focused on training and development analysis at TATA Power in 2015. Devika's educational background includes a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, along with a degree in Human Resource Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
