Drew Day

Drew Day is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior Lead HR Business Partner at Infosys since May 2021, Drew oversees HR practices for approximately 1500 employees across North America, addressing high-level employee relations and performance management initiatives. Previous roles include Lead HR Business Partner at Infosys and Human Resources Generalist at Early Learning Indiana, where Drew implemented strategic HR policies and managed various employee programs. Prior experience at KAR Auction Services involved enhancing benefits communication and administration, and Drew has also held positions at Milliner & Associates, supporting HR functions and audits. Drew holds Bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
