Jaideep Lele

Jaideep Lele is a Regional Manager at Infosys, where they manage facilities operations, including HVAC and electrical systems. With over 17 years of experience in project management, supply chain, and operations, Jaideep has demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills throughout their career. Prior to Infosys, Jaideep served as a Manager at Coal India Limited and held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Army, where they were responsible for significant logistical operations and training. Jaideep holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical (Gold Medalist) from the College of Military Engineering. Currently, they are pursuing a BSc at Jawaharlal Nehru University.
