John Wesley is an experienced professional in the fields of service delivery, project management, and IT service management. They completed an M.C.A. in Computer Applications from Osmania University and have held various roles, notably as an IT Manager at Olive Technology Ltd and as an Associate General Manager at HCL Technologies, where they lead Global Command Centre Operations. John has also served as a SIAM & ServiceNow Capability Lead at Capgemini and has extensive experience in implementing ISO standards as well as ITIL processes.
