KANISKA DASH is a Technology Lead at Infosys Limited with over 11 years of extensive experience in Mainframe Application Development and Support, particularly in COBOL, JCL, and DB2. They have worked throughout all levels of the SDLC in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, servicing prominent clients in the Banking and Financial Services sector, including Discover Financial and HSBC. Previously, KANISKA held roles at Capgemini, where they began as an Associate Consultant, evolving to larger responsibilities in application design and development. They graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Gandhi Engineering College in 2010 and continue to pursue knowledge across technology and other domains as an artist and writer.
