Mark Otter is an experienced professional in the field of testing services, having held various leadership roles across multiple prominent companies. Currently serving as Practice Director for IVS Testing Services at Infosys, Mark has also worked as Practice Manager and previously held the position of Program Test Director at Deloitte Australia. Mark's extensive background includes roles such as Practice Director at Capgemini and ANZ Testing Practice Head for Business Assurance & Testing at HCL Technologies, as well as Testing Delivery Head at Infosys. Mark's academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nottingham Trent University, completed between 1995 and 1997.
