Michael Bishop

Michael Bishop is a Lead Consultant at Infosys, where they focus on supporting the Genesys Pure Connect Cloud product and maintaining the global data centers and physical hardware. Previously, Michael held various positions at Interactive Intelligence, including Manager of Implementation Services and Senior Principal Engineer, where they led teams to deploy software and hardware solutions. They also served as Resource Manager at Genesys, overseeing Asset and Configuration Management within the PureConnect Cloud infrastructure. Michael earned a BS in Computer Technology with a focus on Telecommunications and Networking, as well as an AS in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.
