With a degree in Media System Design Digital from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, Ralf has built an extensive career in digital customer experience, serving in various roles including Chief Experience Officer at Infosys and Co-Founder of WongDoody. Ralf was recognized as one of the HOT 100 in Digital by the British marketing organization BIMA and is a founding member of the Design Leaders Community. Prior to their leadership at WongDoody, Ralf directed their own design agency, which they sold to Infosys.
