Sam Ebenezer

Sam Ebenezer is currently the Senior Services Head for Client Operations at Infosys, where they lead efforts in operational excellence and process improvement. Their prior experience includes serving as Country Head in Costa Rica, overseeing delivery, growth, compliance, and P&L, as well as managing operations in Mexico with a focus on client satisfaction and employee retention. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University and has an educational background in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
