Sandra Jackson

Sandra Jackson serves as the Senior Leader of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Infosys Ltd in North America since July 2011, where responsibilities include managing DE&I programs and collaborating with senior executive leadership, employee resource groups, and marketing and sales teams to align strategies with global diversity objectives. Prior to Infosys, Sandra worked as the Senior HR Manager and Global Talent Manager at Hewlett-Packard from November 2008 to April 2011, focusing on programs that enhanced the attraction, advancement, retention, and engagement of diverse talent. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University.
