Shersha MS is a Senior Consultant at Infosys, specializing in contact center solutions, including AVAYA and NICE CXone technologies. They previously worked as a VoIP Network Engineer at CSS Corp and Hewlett Packard Enterprise and have held positions as a VoIP Specialist at NTT DATA Services. Shersha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Younus College of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2014. Shersha is certified in NICE CXone and has significant experience in IVR development and testing.
