Steve Leasure

Steve Leasure is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and analysis. Currently serving as the Product Manager at Infosys since February 2022, Steve leads the Product Owner role for Vanguard’s $1.5B Retirement Services Transformation project. Prior to this, Steve was a Lead Analyst-Contractor at Applus+ where implementation of Oracle Primavera was managed across a $1.2B project portfolio. Steve also founded and served as President and CEO of Hunting Tactical LLC, where a patented adjustable rifle stock was developed and contracts were negotiated with prominent manufacturers. At Paychex, significant contributions included managing the PPA restatement process, resulting in over $16M in revenue, and reducing processing time by 50%. Steve's military background includes serving as a Sergeant and Team Leader in the New York Army National Guard, overseeing maintenance of high-value military vehicles. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, a BASc in Business Administration from SUNY Brockport, and an AS in Business Administration from Monroe Community College.
