Vidisha Jain

Vidisha Jain is currently a Senior Associate Lead in Talent Acquisition at Infosys, where they spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, managing diverse hiring strategies and driving employer branding initiatives. They completed a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the International Management Institute in New Delhi and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Delhi University. Vidisha's previous experience includes internships at Starbucks and Whirlpool of India Ltd, as well as a human resources role at the Asian Institute of Medical Sciences. Additionally, they contributed to the Alumni Relations Committee at IMI New Delhi.
