RALF SALEM

Ralf Salem started their work experience in 2012 as a Technical Support Representative at CTServ. In 2012, they also worked as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Omega Software, where they supported and trained customers on 5 different systems.

In 2013, Ralf Salem joined BOB Finance S.A.L as an Operation Manager and Senior Business Consultant, a role they held until 2021.

In 2021, they started working at TestCrew | Quality Engineering & Software Testing as a Quality Delivery Coordinator, where they set testing criteria, handled C-level meetings, and managed projects using JIRA.

Currently, Ralf Salem is employed at INFOSYSTA as a Solution Architect, Project Manager, and Senior Technical Expert Consultant. RALF manages a geographically dispersed team and implements integration projects. RALF has extensive experience with ALM, SDLC, and Atlassian products. RALF manages multiple projects from different business types and is responsible for project planning, business requirements gathering, and monitoring implementation and upgrades.

Ralf Salem earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from the American University College of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Concurrently, in 2011, they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco, specializing in Network and System Administration/Administrator. Prior to their studies at the American University, Ralf Salem attended College Sacre Coeur from 2004 to 2007, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General. In addition to their formal education, Ralf Salem has also obtained several certifications, including being an Accredited Professional in ScriptRunner for Bitbucket, ScriptRunner for Confluence, and ScriptRunner for Jira from Adaptavist, all earned in March 2023. RALF has gained expertise in Atlassian tools, earning badges in Confluence Fundamentals, Jira Service Management Fundamentals, and Jira Fundamentals from Atlassian, all earned in 2022. Furthermore, Ralf Salem holds ITIL certifications, including ITIL 4® Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice and ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert, both received in April 2023. RALF has also achieved partner certifications in Timesheets by Tempo and Structure by Tempo from Tempo Software, obtained in May 2023. Lastly, Ralf Salem holds the designation of Atlassian Certified in Managing Jira Projects for Cloud, earned in February 2022.
