Thomas Weber

Thomas Weber has a diverse work experience, starting their career as a Freelance Software Developer in 2002. Thomas later worked as a Technischer Leiter at Orange Inter@active GmbH from 2000 to 2002. In 2007, they became the Managing Director at :torweg which they held until 2014. During their time at :torweg, they also worked as a Geschäftsführer at :torweg Verwaltungs GmbH from 2014 to 2019. In 2013, they worked as a Technischer Berater (Web Applications) at zweimaleins werbeagentur gmbh. After that, they worked as a Technischer Berater (Web Applications) at Saatchi & Saatchi pro from 2014 to 2018. From 2019, they joined infoteam Software AG as a Senior Engineer / Scrum Master, then promoted to Lead Engineer / Scrum Master and currently holds the role of Chief Engineer / Technical Coach.

Thomas Weber attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm for an unspecified period of time. Thomas holds a certification as iSAQB® Certified Professional for Software Architecture - Foundation Level from Certible, obtained in 2024. Thomas also obtained a certification as Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2020.
