Kevin Ma is the co-founder and managing partner of Diversis, an institutional private equity fund focusing on software and tech buy-outs, with $1.2bn+ capital raised across funds. They have held numerous board and chair roles since 2017, including board memberships at Marketron (2017–Present), Tempo Software (2018–Present), Fishbowl (2021–Present), RFi Group (2020–Present), ServicePower (2017–Present), Adlib (2021–Present), SalesRabbit (2021–Present), and ArrowStream (Chairman of the Board, 2017–2020); and chairships at Form.com (2019–Present), InductiveHealth Informatics (2022–Present), PureCars (2019–Present), Black Box Intelligence (2021–Present), Infotech (2024–Present), Decision Lens (2024–Present), PDP (2021–2024), and AeroGuard Flight Training Center (2016–2020). They are pursuing a BSE in Economics, Finance, General at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a BSE in Electrical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, and are part of the Jerome Fisher M&T Program.
