Andrew Bourque has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew started their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative at North by Northwest, where they worked until 2010. Andrew then joined Blockbuster Canada as a Shift Leader for a year, where they managed employees and provided customer service. Andrew also worked at North by Northwest again in 2011 as a Keyholder and member of the Social Media Committee, where they organized and ran shifts, prioritized tasks, and presented solutions to customers.
In 2011, Andrew joined The Hobby Kingdom as an Assistant Manager before moving on to Sherwin-Williams Paints in 2012. At Sherwin-Williams, they held two roles: Store Manager and Branch Operations Manager. As Store Manager, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations, finances, inventory, and record-keeping. As Branch Operations Manager, Andrew oversaw accounts payable, accounts receivable, lead generation, and assisted in managing store operations.
From 2014 to 2015, Andrew worked as a Marketing Manager at Hydroflow Canada before transitioning to Sunview Patio Doors Ltd in 2015. At Sunview Patio Doors, they served as a Business Development Representative and later as an Account Manager. Andrew'sresponsibilities included bringing in new strategic partners and introducing them to the account management team.
In 2016, Andrew joined Porcelanosa as an Architectural & Design Sales Representative, specializing in the sales of construction and design materials. Andrew then moved to Wilsonart in 2018 as a Sales Representative, where they worked until 2021. Finally, Andrew is currently employed at Info-Tech Research Group, first holding the role of Commercial Director from 2021 to 2023, and then transitioning to the position of Sales Director in 2023.
Andrew Bourque obtained a Diploma in Advertising from Sheridan Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Andrew also completed their OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) from St. Michael's College School between 2003 and 2005. Andrew Bourque has an additional certification in Strategic Selling from Miller Heiman Group (formerly MHI Global).
