Ben Rich

Ben Rich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, client services, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Global Services Operations at Info-Tech Research Group since May 2018, Ben leads a high-performing team focused on client service delivery, training, and data analytics within the Global Services Division. Prior roles at Info-Tech include Operations Leader for Global Market Programs and Member Services Director, where Ben contributed to business process improvements and managed client relationships. Ben's background also includes founding and coaching the Ryerson University Baseball team, working as a Research and Policy Analyst at the University of Toronto, and serving in various roles in government, including as a Policy Advisor with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. Ben holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University and a Master's in Public Policy and Administration from Ryerson University.
