Bill Wong

Bill Wong is an experienced AI Research Fellow and AI and Data Analytics Lead at Info-Tech Research Group, having held the position since December 2022. Prior to this, Bill served as the Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics Practice Leader at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities included selling and supporting advanced analytical solutions. Bill's background also includes roles such as Enterprise Cloud Architect at Oracle, where strategic roadmaps for data management were developed, and as Data Warehousing and Big Data Director at Microsoft, overseeing large-scale analytical offerings. Earlier experience at IBM encompassed program direction and infrastructure consulting, and academic contributions as an instructor at the University of Toronto further illustrate Bill's expertise. Bill holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Calgary.
