Carrie McEachern

Carrie McEachern has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Carrie most recently worked at Info-Tech Research Group as the Director of Commercial Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for hiring and onboarding a team of recruiters. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Commercial Talent Acquisition at the same company, where they expanded the team and oversaw hiring for the entire organization. Before joining Info-Tech Research Group, Carrie worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at a previous company, where they managed a team of recruiters and handled high volume recruitment for various portfolios. Earlier in their career, Carrie gained experience as a Recruiter at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, where they developed staffing solutions, conducted salary surveys, and implemented advertising campaigns. Carrie also has experience as the Owner of Caron Executive Search, a recruitment firm specializing in executive search for the manufacturing industry. Carrie began their career as a Management Consultant at London Executive Consultants.
