David Richardson

David Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David started their career as a Software Developer/Architect at ShawnLee Corporation in 1997. David then worked as a Software Developer/Consultant at Labatt Breweries of Canada and Allied Financial Group Inc. In 2000, they joined Union Gas as a Software Developer. David also worked as a Software Developer/Architect for the 2001 and 2003 Canada Games, and as an Architect/Development Lead at London Health Sciences Centre. David briefly worked at Labatt Breweries of Canada again as a Software Developer/Architect. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Developer at LGS Group. In 2002, they joined Info-Tech Research Group and held various roles, including IT Supervisor, External Systems Team Manager, Systems Architect, Salesforce Architect & Development Team Manager, and finally, Director of Sales Operations. In 2022, they became the Senior Director of Sales Operations at Info-Tech Research Group. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for system architecture, Salesforce integration, project management, and leading teams.

David Richardson attended Fanshawe College from 1995 to 1996, where they studied Computer Programming. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various Salesforce certifications from 2013 to 2018, including Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
