Joanne Ojwang

Joanne Ojwang is a skilled HR technology leader with extensive experience in managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Currently serving as Director of HR Technology at Info-Tech Research Group since January 2022, Joanne previously held the role of Core HRIS Manager at Deloitte Canada from February 2011 to January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the operations of PeopleSoft and collaborating on HR system initiatives. Prior to Deloitte, Joanne worked at CNOOC International in various HRIS and payroll roles, including Benefits HRIS Analyst, UK Payroll & Benefits Analyst, and Payroll Analyst, where expertise was applied in benefits administration, payroll management, and process optimization. Joanne holds a degree from the University of Calgary.
