John Annand

John Annand has extensive work experience in the technology industry. John started their career in 1996 as an Account Manager in Onward Computer Systems and later became a Branch Manager in Onward Computers in 1999. In this role, they were responsible for overall operational management, human resource activities, and sales.

In 2008, they transitioned to a Sales Executive position in Onward Computers, where they focused on sales activities. After seven years, they joined Info-Tech Research Group in 2015 as a Senior Manager. Throughout their time at Info-Tech, they have held various leadership roles, including Research Director, Practice Lead, and currently, Principal Research Director.

John's work experience showcases their expertise in both sales and research. John has a proven track record in managing teams, developing business strategies, and providing valuable insights in the technology industry.

John Annand attended the University of Guelph from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Theoretical and Mathematical Physics. John has also obtained various certifications from institutions such as Cato Networks, Hewlett-Packard, CompTIA, VMware, and Microsoft. Some of these certifications include SASE Expert Level 1, HP Sales Professional - SMB Solutions, Project+, VMWare Sales Professional, MCTS: Volume Licensing Specialist, Small and Medium Organizations, Network+, Server+, and Microsoft Certified Professional. Additionally, John has a Talk Master Certification from Speaker Labs.
