Loni Ross

Loni Ross has over a decade of experience in member services and customer relations, currently serving as Senior Member Services Director at Info-Tech Research Group since November 2016, where previous roles included Director of Member Services and Office Administrator. Prior to this, Loni worked as an International Travel Consultant at Flight Centre from November 2011 to November 2016, and as a Customer Service Representative at GoodLife Fitness from July 2008 to November 2011. Loni's career began with a role as a Junior Registrarial Assistant in the Registrar's Office at the University of Waterloo during the summer of 2006. Loni holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Honours Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2008.
