Hong Cheng

Hong Cheng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2010, they started their career as an Instruction and Reference Librarian at Indiana University Southeast. In 2012, they moved to LaGuardia Community College where they served as an Instruction Librarian and Assessment Lead. In 2015, they joined the University of Cincinnati as a Global Services/Science and Engineering Librarian, a role they held until 2022. From 2022 to the present, Hong Cheng has been working as a Digital Analytics Consultant Associate and later as a Digital Analytics Consultant at InfoTrust.

Hong Cheng pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Education at Dalian University from 2003 to 2007. Following that, between 2008 and 2010, they obtained a Master of Library Science from Indiana University Bloomington. They furthered their education by completing a Master of Science degree in Business Management and Leadership at the CUNY School of Professional Studies from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Hong Cheng has acquired several certifications. In 2021, they obtained "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google Digital Garage. Continuing their professional development, they obtained "Google Analytics for Power Users," "Google Tag Manager Fundamentals," "GA4 Certification," and "Google Analytics Individual Qualification" certifications from Google in 2022.
