Silvia Castro

Silvia Castro began their work experience in 2019 as a Tutor at Pasco-Hernando State College. From June 2021 to August 2021, they worked as a Finance Transformation Intern at TD SYNNEX, where they utilized Power BI and Power Query to create reports and dashboards. From August 2021 to February 2022, Silvia worked as a Project Coordinator at TD SYNNEX and was responsible for leading improvement projects, creating project artifacts, and maintaining Power BI dashboards. Currently, since June 2022, Silvia is employed as an Associate Digital Analytics Consultant at InfoTrust, a digital analytics solutions company. Silvia'srole involves working with prominent brands and assisting marketers in making data-driven decisions.

Silvia Castro began their education journey in 2017 at Pasco-Hernando State College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Business. Silvia completed this program in 2019. Following their associate's degree, Silvia enrolled in the University of South Florida in 2019 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems in 2021.

In 2022, Silvia continued their education at the University of South Florida and completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics. Furthermore, they obtained additional certifications from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in August 2022, specifically the Google Analytics Individual Qualification.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Silvia joined the University of South Florida once again in 2023 to pursue a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
