Jeff Deitch is the CEO & Co-founder of Infowerks Data Services, delivering critical data interoperability solutions securely and painlessly to the healthcare industry.
For nearly 35 years, Jeff has continually developed innovative products and services at the forefront of healthcare data interconnectivity. His passion for healthcare data systems sparked while studying computer engineering at the University of Illinois, where he worked with a local doctor to develop EMR software on the NeXT cube. Since then, Jeff’s innovative ideas enabled the migration of prescription data between pharmacy management systems, streamlining a previously laborious, manual process, ultimately improving the lives of hundreds of millions of patients by ensuring data accessibility to the vast network of providers and payors.
Jeff has a unique perspective on how data flows through the full spectrum of businesses involved in delivering patient care. Whether it's providers, payors, patients, regulatory bodies, or any other data creator or user, Jeff has produced solutions that allow those businesses to successfully and securely manage their data. He has also provided valuable insight during his 30-year NCPDP membership through his contributions to various committees and workgroups. Jeff currently serves on the Strategic Planning Committee and on the Annual Conference Committee as chair of the Innovation & Connection HUB subcommittee where this year we’ve introduced some exciting new opportunities to attract more attendees to register for the conference. Jeff has recently been approved by the NCPDP BOT as a co-chair for both the PGx Task Group under WG10 and the newly created PTI Task Group under WG20.
