Todd Marshall

Todd Marshall has extensive experience in the steel industry, currently serving as the Operations Team Leader at OneSteel since January 2004. Todd leads a crew of up to 35 individuals, ensures compliance with procedures and policies, conducts safety meetings, and implements LEAN and 5S systems. Prior to this role, Todd worked as a Mechanical Team Leader at Libertyonesteel from December 2016 to September 2017, where Todd covered vacancies and coordinated responses to critical breakdowns. Todd Marshall graduated from Hunter Institute of Technology and Swansea High School.
