At Infraco, we know that infrastructure projects have a reputation for delays, overspending and confusion and the innovation in the handling of utilities and infrastructure projects has stalled in the last 30 years. Ultimately leading to eye-watering budget hikes, frustrated timelines, and frayed relationships.

We are specialist consultants for utilities and infrastructure with a difference. We know just how stressful projects can get, and we’re not ones for sugar coating.

Instead, we leverage decades of experience to analyse, challenge, and create a realistic plan to keep your project on track.

With over 25 years of working on iconic infrastructure projects — including the London 2012 Olympics and Thames Tideway — we know how it’s done. …and how to do it better.

We formed Infraco in 2020 to challenge convention and work smarter in order to achieve optimal results in utilities and infrastructure projects.

Since then, we’ve saved millions of pounds and countless months on a whole range of utilities and infrastructure projects.

Your project goals become our mission. Working together we can forge a path to greater project success.
