Brook Carpenter is a seasoned leader in Indigenous and stakeholder relations, currently serving as the Director of Indigenous Relations at Infracon Construction Inc. and the Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Dynamic Horizons Innovative Relations. Throughout their career, Brook has successfully developed and executed over 60 Joint Ventures involving significant financial contributions and built a robust network in the energy, logistics, and tourism sectors. They hold a Master's Degree in Resources and the Environment from the University of Calgary, alongside various continuing education credentials in sustainable business strategies and Indigenous negotiations.
