Our flagship project: The L2D2: Lacy Lakeview Data District in Central Texas is a 925MW, multi-phase AI campus built on a foundation of dedicated power frameworks, district cooling, water and sewer utilities, on-demand gas generation, fiber backbone, and advanced grid-islanding capabilities. By integrating utility infrastructure directly into the development program, Infrakey reduces project risk, accelerates deployment timelines, and enhances long-term operational stability.

Beyond the United States, Infrakey is actively developing a 1GW+ hyperscale data-center park in Brazil, focused on regional AI expansion, digital infrastructure modernization, and multi-phase scalability. This project is currently in development and will follow our proven U.S. model.
