Ingmar Aija

Ingmar Aija has been involved in a variety of roles since 2001. Ingmar began their career as a Draftener at Tartu Veevärk AS in 2001, followed by a role as a Designer at Eesti Veeprojekt in 2003. In 2005, they became a Product Manager at Vianova Systems Estonia OÜ and was promoted to Vice President in 2009. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Guest Lecturer at the Estonian University of Life Sciences. During this time, they also served as a Board Member at Tantsuklubi Tartu Swing MTÜ and an ATC Instructor at Usesoft AS. In 2014, they became the Chief Executive Officer at InfraBIM Ltd and in 2019, they took on the role of General Manager of Infrakit Estonia.

Ingmar Aija received a Bachelor's degree in Water Resources Engineering from the Estonian University of Life Sciences between 1998 and 2002. Ingmar has also obtained two additional certifications: an Autodesk Certified Instructor from the Autodesk Certified Instructor Program in February 2019 and Andragogy level 5 from the Estonian Qualifications Authority in April 2015.
