infrAM – Infrastructure Asset Management. Collaborative. Holistic. Fully Aligned.

At infrAM, we believe that closing infrastructure funding gaps and navigating today’s evolving market environment requires a truly collaborative approach. Success demands alignment—between financial and strategic investors, across sectors, and throughout the asset lifecycle.

As an independent firm with deep experience partnering with both strategic and financial investors, we understand their distinct priorities. Our role is to bridge those priorities and create alignment—for shared success and long-term value creation.

Combining technical expertise with financial insight, we deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions that support stakeholders at every stage of an asset’s life. Whether it's during complex acquisitions, construction optimization, or performance enhancement, we provide hands-on, strategic support designed to meet your specific objectives.

Our services include:
** Supporting strategic and financial investors in infrastructure acquisitions
** Actively managing infrastructure assets post-acquisition on behalf of our clients
** Acting as operating partners for GPs
** Supporting LPs entering direct infrastructure investments
** Assisting LPs with co-investments—deal assessment and ongoing monitoring

infrAM is not a fund manager. We manage your infrastructure investment.

Fully aligned with your goals, we're ready to co-invest and build lasting value—together.
