James Ryan

James Ryan is a seasoned professional in the power delivery and utility construction recruitment sector, currently serving as the Founder & Managing Director of InfraRec. since February 2022. Prior experience includes positions as General Manager and Head of London at Metric Search, and Associate Vice President at Phaidon International, where James led initiatives in power delivery and civil construction across the USA and Canada. James has also held various roles at Quintessentially and served as Corporate Sales Manager prior to that. Earlier career experiences include management roles at Virgin Active and Everyone Active, with notable achievements such as receiving the ‘Most Valuable Staff Member’ award from Virgin Australia in 2011. James holds a BSc in Policing & Criminology from Canterbury Christ Church University and a BTEC National Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science from Brooklands Technical College.
