Thomas Avery worked at Infrascale as a Technical Support from 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Square Enix (Via Wired Talent) as a Tier 2 Support Center Agent from 2011. In this role, they provided account, billing, and technical support for Final Fantasy XI, Final Fantasy XIV, and Square Enix Accounts by phone, email tickets, and live chat.
