Mark Kozlowski is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in infrastructure development and project management. Currently serving as Manager at Infrastructure Engineering, Inc. since January 2013, Mark is committed to empowering teams and transforming communities through innovative infrastructure solutions. Previous roles include Vice-President at Thompson Dyke & Associates, where Mark directed project management and design support, and Project Engineer positions at Midwestern Consulting LLC and Beckett and Raeder Inc., focusing on storm water management and site development.
