Shereen Panesar

Shereen Panesar is a climate resilience manager at Infrastructure Ontario, where they lead climate resilience assessments for construction projects and guide multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects adapt to climate change impacts. With over 15 years of experience in public policy, they previously served as a senior policy advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks, where they developed initiatives supporting the government’s climate change commitments. Shereen has also held roles in environmental analysis and project management, contributing to various environmental policies and programs in both public and private sectors. They are currently pursuing degrees in Sustainable Investing, Bachelor of Environmental Studies, and a Master in Public Policy Administration and Law.
